All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier details.


Estimated Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location and local postal service. Delays may occur during peak shopping seasons, holidays, or customs inspections.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times, as international transit and customs processes are outside of our control.


Shipping Origin and Method

All orders are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners in China. This allows us to offer a wider range of products and competitive pricing while maintaining quality control.

Depending on your country of delivery, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment. Rates depend on the order weight, delivery destination, and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping may apply during special offers or seasonal campaigns.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment. You can follow your parcel through the link provided in your shipping email.


Responsibility and Delivery

  • If tracking information confirms that a package was delivered to the address provided by the customer, Alice & Nora Boston is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no update for an extended period or your order appears delayed, contact our support team at support@aliceandnora.com. We will help verify the status with the shipping carrier.
