Return Policy

Effective Date: November 2025

At Alice & Nora Boston, we want you to love every piece you order. If something is not quite right, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before sending anything back.


Return Conditions

  • You may request a return only after the item has been physically received.
  • All return shipping costs, including any international or customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Trying on items is allowed, wearing them is not.
  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of them are not accepted.

How to Request a Return

  1. Send a return request by email to support@aliceandnora.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Our support team will provide the correct return address for our fulfillment partner located in China.
  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any duties or shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.
  4. Keep your tracking information until your return has been confirmed as received.

Refunds

Once the returned item has arrived at our partner warehouse and passed inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


Responsibility and Limitations

  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit if the tracking shows the package was delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
  • If the customer provides an incorrect address, Alice & Nora Boston cannot be held liable for delivery issues.
  • Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@aliceandnora.com with photos of the issue. We will review and offer a suitable solution as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired size or color.
